Starting the experience
Finding a new hair stylist can feel a bit like dating—exciting but slightly terrifying! Our hair means a lot to us, and it can flip our mood from "I woke up like this" to "I need a miracle!" But don’t worry, I’m here to make this whole process as easy as pie. Start by checking out the "about me" page, where you can see if we’d be a match made in hair heaven!
Once you’ve a chance to get to know me and feel we could be the perfect duo, go ahead and book your appointment! I’ll make sure we have enough time to turn your hair dreams into reality, and then you’ll receive a confirmation text and email with all the juicy details. Let’s get ready for fabulous hair days ahead!
Before your appointment
You can expect to hear from me 72 hours before your scheduled appointment with a confirmation email and text, followed by a 24 hour reminder about your upcoming appointment. If any changes need to be made, you are able to do so up to 48 hours before your scheduled visit. The week of your appointment i will reach out if i need any further details from you.
Arriving for your appointment
On the day of your appointment you will pull up to the see the ever changing town of winter garden, Don’t worry about parking on the day of because there are tons of free spots in our new parking lot. You will know you’ve arrived at the salon when you see the elegant sign “Elite Beauty Suites.” Please send me a message letting me know that you have arrived as you make your way to the lobby. Feel free to send a wave my way when you see me and my bright wallpaper through the window! When your enter my suite leave your worries at the door as in my space you are heard, understood and never a bother.
During your appointment
Once you’ve settled into my suite, we will have a 15 minute consultation and go over what you wrote on the consultation form to ensure if any changes need to be made. After listening to past experiences and your hair dreams, I will then create a hair plan that we will follow that is custom to your needs and lifestyle. I will go over what we will do for the day along with future appointments and commitments I need from you so that I can ensure we achieve your wildest dreams.
After finalizing your custom hair plan, you can sit back and relax as I whip up all the magic and pixie dust that I need. Don’t worry if you feel like your hair is a bit dirty, natural oils never hurt anyone! As I begin your service please feel free to relax any way you’d like. Bring a book or laptop or mobile device, the time you spend in my chair is yours and so feel free to spend it however you’d like. Complimentary Wi-Fi, snacks and beverages are waiting for you at your request. While your color processes we can take a deep dive into your soul through an insightful tarot card reading! I will work efficiently to respect your time, but I wont ever sacrifice the quality of my work by rushing. I rather take my time to give you the hair that you love and deserve.
Saying farewell
As we reach the end to your time in my chair, you will leave feeling beautiful with an abundance of knowledge to maintain your hair along with future plans. I will finish your service with a style and a mini photo shoot session so that i can showcase all angles of your new gorgeous look! You will be ready for a night out on the town or a confident strut down the isle in Target.
